CBP ROAM is a free, convenient, and secure app that allows you to submit an online report of arrival when you arrive at a port of entry in the United States. It is available to all pleasure boaters and other eligible travelers who arrive at a port of entry in the United States. It is intended for use by travelers who are not enrolled in a trusted traveler program, local boater option, or I-68 program.
To use - or to craft a trip - you have to add the names of the travelers, select your mode of travel, fill in data related to your location and other contact information. After submission, you will receive a notification on your device to begin a video chat with a CBP officer - where you may finish your report about your entry into the United States.
